"The Kerr's made buying and selling a home what it should be - FUN! They looked over our property and gave comments on how to prep for selling. We followed their advice and sold in just 10 days - and that includes a rainy weekend! We even had a bid off between two prospective buyers and received more than what we had hoped for.
They also helped us find a wonderful new home that met all of our needs. We must have looked at 50 homes, and they never once complained and always had plenty of items to consider on each one. We had some tough requirements in terms of price (<$200k), in a specific radius from our jobs, 4 bedrooms, big backyard, working fireplace, and basement with room for expansion. We thought we were looking for a 4 bedroom, but Teri had the wisdom to include 3 bedrooms with a bonus room and voila - we found the one! It meets are needs well, and we would not have thought to look for something like that.
In the bargaining process, they had great advice in terms of what to offer, what might get thrown it, etc. We ended up being able to move in before closing rent free - saving us from having to move twice (out of the old home to a temporary residence and then into the new home). This was amazing since we had a short window until closing. They also had good recommendations on carpet cleaning, appraisers, loan people to work with, and other contacts throughout the process.
This was our second time working with them, and if we move again in the area, we will work with them again. They are good realtors"
